External doors
° Close all external doors blocking the lock before departure
° All external doors have a single key- lock: they all can be therefore opened with the same key.
° All external doors have a single key-lock, that has the unique function of locking off. The simple
pressure closing of the doors does not ensure the locking off.

The peak’s doors have two handles called screw lock (pict. 08), whose functioning is that, once
having closed the door and handling on the handle, a particular mechanism makes possible that the
door is pulled to the side of the vehicle; this movement can be seen, for example, from pictures 09-10,
where you can observe how the metal flap that closes on the internal part of the side results far from
the door(pict. 09) and then near the lock(pict.10).
That kind of closing ensures a better adhesion of the door to the vehicle’s side and so it noticeably
reduces infiltrations’ risks.

In general to open the external door you need to follow the following instructions:
To open:
° Insert the key in the cylinder and turn it clock side for ¼ rotation; so the lock results blocked
° Bring back the key in vertical position
° Extract the key of the lock.
To close:
° After having closed the pressure door insert the key, turn it in a quarter of rotation anticlockside
blocking the lock
° Turn the key bringing it back to the vertical position
° Extract the key of the lock.
