P.L.A. S.p.A. 24 months guarantee
We suggest to let the dealer P.L.A. S.p.A. or licensed repair shops do the annual revision program,
which will allow you to maintain your vehicle sure, efficient ad compliant of the contract’s guarantees.
The last section of the “Guarantee booklet” is dedicated to the communication of the residence/
property change of the motorhome.
Contemporaneously to the delivery of your motorhome, the dealer has given you the present operating
and maintenance manual, the “Guarantee booklet” and the employment and maintenance manuals of
all installed devices. We recommend you to verify that the “Guarantee Book” is duly filled out in each
part and that the “Guarantee Certificate” has been sent to P.L.A. S.p.A..
P.L.A. S.p.A. Assistance and guarantee service
The services included in the P.L.A. S.p.A. guarantee are made from the P.L.A. S.p.A. dealers’ net,
whose list must be given at the delivery of the motorhome and whose updating can be always requested
to the +39.0577.904023, or visiting the web site www.placamper.it .
At the intervention’s request you need to show the Guarantee Certificate together with this manual,
which has to be delivered with the motorhome totally filled out and stamped by the dealer-seller. If
you don’t have this documentation, all expenses for repairing and or maintenance will be paid by the
customer.
The dealer will have to, before making the intervention in guarantee, ask directly to P.L.A. S.p.A. – the
precautionary authorisation. The P.L.A. S.p.A. guarantee doesn’t include the parts and components
already covered by the guarantee of the manufacturer (chassis, fridge, heater, boiler, junction box,
sanitary system…). Those guarantees are given together with the motorhome.
The maintenance and or the repairing in centres which are not included by the P.L.A. S.p.A. dealer
net or not authorised by P.L.A. S.p.A. , the failing or irregular car service at the predicted terms and
possible damaging, will entail the loss of guarantee.
Guarantee terms
1) Guarantee duration and activation terms
The guarantee that P.L.A. S.p.A. vehicles enjoy is exclusively related to the manufactory faults of
the body installed on the chassis(for the last the manufacturer’s guarantee is valid), that could appear
during the 24 months starting from the matriculation date.
That date must be attested by the guarantee certificate that has to be filled out in every single part at
the delivery of the motorhome by the P.L.A. S.p.A. dealer. To activate the guarantee, you need to send
immediately copy of the certificate to the manufacturer.
2) Guarantee object
If during the validity period of the guarantee a fault is accepted and recognised, which is ascribable to
manufactory defects of the body, the manufacturer commits himself in removing the fault through the
repairing and the change of the defective pieces. Anyway, P.L.A. S.p.A. reserves the right to decide
about the way and the terms of the repairing, never undervaluing the need of his customers.
The eventual repairing or change of body’s pieces doesn’t extend the duration of the guarantee, which
will anyway last only till the end of the 24 months, as provided for the clause n.1.
The services included in the guarantee are exclusively given through the net and under responsibility
of the P.L.A. S.p.A. dealers and of the licensed repair shops of the technical assistance. Possible
expenses paid by the customer for interventions in not authorised centres will not be refunded.
Other expenses, like for example towing expenses, transport, surveys’ expenses or others will be
exclusively on charge of the customer.
