° Change the defective fuses only after having discovered and removed the cause of the breakdown.
Security rules – hydraulic system
° It is strongly inadvisable to use as drinkable water that contained in the “clear waters” tank.
°After a short time the water in the clear water tank and in the tubing, even if drinkable, becomes
undrinkable. Before using the motorhome rinse very well the tank and the tubing with al lot of
drinkable water. To do this, open all faucets.
° During the inactivity periods and in case of stopping at low temperatures without activating the
healer, remember to empty totally the whole system( all tanks, tubing and the boiler) through the
apposite faucets.
Caution!
No guarantee will be recognised for damages cause by ice.
BEFORE DEPARTURE
° During all loading operations (luggage, accessories, food stocks) distribute the load in a uniform
way inside the motorhome, respecting the homologated weight and the axles’ load admitted ( to verify
these look at the log book of the motorhome).
° Close the valve of the gas bottles.
° Close the red faucets of the junction box located inside the kitchen fitting.
° Close the faucets of all users’ devices (refer to the original instructions of each device)
° Disconnect the connection of the external 220 V supply cable
° Turn on the 12 V fridge
° Lift the external stopping feet, if your motorhome has them.
° Close the bath door, the wardrobe door, the drawers and control that the entrance door and the fridge
door are blocked.
° Close all external doors and block the locks
° If you motorhome has got back dinettes, fix the click table to the transversal bench, using the
supports mounted on the transversal bench.
° Close the circle windows of the roof and keep them closed also while driving
° Close all windows ensuring them with the closing security levers.
° Make sure that you have drawn in the external veranda, if present.
° During the first trip of your motorhome regulate the of the screw lock of the wheels after 100 km.
After this and every 5.000 Km, verify and in case re-establish the screw lock following the data given
by the chassis’ manufacturer.
° Before starting your travel and after at regular intervals (two weeks) check the pneumatic pressure
(the right pressure is written on the instructions manual by the chassis’ manufacturer; the data to
follow are those of “full loaded”). Above all if the motorhome is full loaded, it is very important to
verify this, because an insufficient pressure can cause the pneumatic blowout and the following loss
of control by the driver.
° When you use snow chains the steering wheel, the pneumatic tyres and the suspensions are subjected
to strong stress. Use the snow chains only on totally snowy roads and driving slowly to avoid damages
to the motorhome.
° The use of the snow chains is subjected to different dispositions in force in the different countries.
CAUTION: respect the load capacity of the motorhome within the allowed limits established by
the homologation booklet and in respect of the Highway Code.
