The following sections will help you to understand how you could get the most out of the many
features of your OPEN 812L VoIP ATA router.
9.1 Internet/VoIP
Calls
To make a VoIP call, simply dial the number on your phone's dial pad.
9.2 PSTN
Calls
To call regular PSTN telephone numbers, please use your VSP's dialling plan.

VoIP Advanced Call Features
The OPEN 812L VoIP ATA router supports advanced VoIP telephony features.
The features include:
Caller ID
Call-Waiting Caller ID
Consultation Hold
Blind Transfer
Attended Transfer
3-Way Conferencing
Call Waiting
Call Forwarding
Call Return
IP Dialling
Speed Dialling
Caller ID Transmit Blocking
The steps on how to use the features below are included for easy reference.
1.
Web configuration overrides any dial-pad based configuration and will be reflected only upon Save
and Reboot.
2. The different actions executed when digit sequences are dialled, are based on the default dial plan
rules specified in this document.
3. Some features require that a hook flash/recall be performed. To perform a hook
flash/recall, quickly press and release the switchhook (push button) on the phone cradle
or quickly press and release the flash button or other dedicated key/button on the
telephone base unit or handset, depending on the other telephone.
