SIGNALS, ERROR MESSAGES, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

This section contains a summary of the technical characteristics of the product, alarm and error signals
(acoustic and visual), error messages and instructions on the actions to take to rectify problems.

ACOUSTIC SIGNALS

The fax machine emits the following acoustic signals:

•

  Connection cannot be established because the line is disconnected or the destination party does not

respond.

•

  The sending and receiving fax machines are found to be incompatible during a communication.

•

  Errors have been detected during communication.

To switch off the error LED, press 

STOP

.

The error LED also switches off on reception of an incoming call.
