ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

REPLACING THE PRINT HEAD

This section deals with replacement of the print head both when it is fitted with an interchangeable print
cartridge or if a disposable head is used.

When the cartridge needs replacing the following message is displayed:

Open the print head cover.

Release the print head (complete with cartridge) by
pressing the green levers, then remove it from its
housing.

Remove the new print head from its packing and peel off
the protective film over the nozzles.
