HOW TO PROGRAM THE TAD ONLY TO ANSWER

The sub-menu for the

announce only

function is used for changing

OGM#1

so that callers cannot leave

messages.
Basically, the TAD acts as an answering machine only and the OGM #1 is handled as though it were OGM
#2. The difference lies in the fact that OGM #2 is only played when the TAD cannot receive any more
messages (memory full) or FAX/TEL RX mode is active, while OGM #1, recorded as an

announce only

message, is played in response to all incoming calls.

scroll through the values cyclically. The No value enables you to
exit immediately from the procedure if you decide not to record
the message.

The example assumes that the value YES is selected.

message. If a message is played, it is the current OGM #1.
