Administering Custom Call

Routing (CCR)

You can make changes to the Custom Call Routing Tree at any time. This

section describes what types of changes can be made, and how to make them.

Changing a CCR Tree includes:

disabling a Tree

.

accessing the Workspace

.

deleting a Tree

.

erasing a Path

.

adding a Point

.

changing an Information Message

l

changing the transfer extension

.

changing a Leave Message Point

.

changing the Destination type

Note: After you have recorded voice prompts and messages, Do not replace
the handset. If you want to use the Handsfree feature, remember to press the
Handsfree button before replacing the handset. After the Tree is saved, it must
be assigned to the Greeting Table before it is in service.

Before you change a CCR Tree, you must re-design

CCR Tree. Refer to

Section 4: Preparing to set up Custom Call Routing (CCR), and the

Mini Programming Record.
