Greeting length

This establishes the length of a re-
corded mailbox greeting.

mailbox

greeting length ranges from one to 10

minutes.

This establishes whether a mailbox can

be assigned to a Group List.

This allows messages to be directed to
another

extension, any

telephone number, or to

pager.

This establishes the amount of time
between attempts to notify the recipient

of a new or urgent message. The retry
interval ranges from five to 30 minutes.

This establishes the number of attempts

will make to notify the recipient

of a new or urgent message. The
number of attempts-value ranges from
three to nine.

Mailbox

Mailbox Overrides allow you to change the default for optional parameters. The

default for both optional parameters is YES. This

be changed at any time.

Include in Company Directory

This includes the mailbox number, and
the mailbox owner’s name in the
Company Directory.

Message Waiting Notification

This establishes a message notification
for a mailbox owner with a “Message for
you” display prompt.
