A mailbox A
forgotten password cannot be recovered. The password associated with the
owner lost the
mailbox must be reset to the default password 0000. After a password has
mailbox
been reset to the default password, the mailbox owner must change the default
password

Check to ensure the mailbox has been initialized. If the mailbox is not initial-
ized, it does not appear in the Company Directory. You should check to ensure
the Company Directory Override is set to YES. Refer to Section 10: Adminis-
tering the mailboxes.
All ringing CO lines will be answered by if the station is forwarded to
using Call Forward All Calls or Call Forward No Answer. For a
complete description of feature compatibility, refer to Appendix A.
Ensure the mailbox is not already registered with Mailbox numbers
must be unique. can store up to 24 mailboxes, including the System
Coordinator Mailbox and the General Delivery Mailbox. Refer to the
Mini Programming Record.
You cannot
enter a name
for a mailbox
Names should be entered as last name, then first name initial. All names
should have a comma
separating the first and last names. The maximum
length of the name entered, including comma, is 16 characters. Refer to
Section 10: Administering the mailboxes.
