Automatischer Zyklus mit Kerntemperatursonde

Starten eines Schnellkühl-
CHILL
oder Tiefkühlzyklus
FREEZE
durch Betätigung der entsprechenden Taste. Wenn
das Symbol auf der Anzeige erscheint:
(automatischer Zyklus mit Kerntemperatursonde) bedeu-
tet, dass der Zyklus, der gerade beginnt, endet, wenn die
Sonde die angezeigte Temperatur (z.B. -20°C) erfasst;
(Manueller zeiteingestellter Zyklus) bedeutet, dass der
Zyklus, den Sie beginnen wollen, endet, wenn die ange-
zeigte Zeit verstrichen ist (z.B. 240 Minuten).
Durch Drücken der Taste
CHILL
wechselt die Betriebsart von
Automatikbetrieb mit Sonde zum Handbetrieb mit Zeit und
umgekehrt.

Falls erforderlich, fügen Sie eine Phase hinzu,
HARD
durch
Betätigung der entsprechenden Taste; diese Phase wird vor
der immer vorgesehenen Standard-SOFT-Phase ausgeführt.

Falls erforderlich, ändern Sie die Kerntemperatursonde
oder die Zeit mit den Tasten
AUX
und
MENU
bis der ge-
wünschte Wert auf dem Display erscheint.

Den Zyklus durch Betätigung der Taste
START
starten.

Wenn die Sonde feststellt, dass die eingestellte Tempe-
ratur erreicht (z.B. -20°C) oder die eingestellte Zeit
abgelaufen ist (z.B. 240 min.), endet die Phase des Schnell-
kühlens oder Tiefkühlens und die Phase der
KONSER-
VIERUNG
beginnt automatisch, wodurch die vom gerade
beendeten Zyklus vorgesehene Temperatur (+3°C oder
-18°C) auf unbestimmte Zeit beibehalten wird.
6 Drücken Sie die Taste
START
2 Sekunden lang, um
die Konservierungsphase zu beenden und das behan-
delte Lebensmittel zu entfernen.

Start a blast chilling

by touching the corresponding key. if this iconap-
pears on the display:
(automatic cycle with core probe) it means that the
cycle that is about to start will end when the probe
detects the displayed temperature (e.g. -20°C);
(manual timed cycle) it means that the cycle that is
about to start will end after the displayed time has
elapsed (e.g. 240 minutes).
Pressing the
CHILL
key changes the operating mode,
switching from automatic mode with probe to manual
mode with time and vice-versa.

If necessary, add a
HARD
phase by touching the corre-
sponding key; this phase will be performed before the
standard SOFT phase, always envisaged.

If necessary, modify the core probe temperature or the
time with the
AUX
and
MENU
keys until the desired
value appears on the display.

Start the cycle by touching the
START
key.

When the probe detects that the set temperature has
been reached (e.g. -20°C) or the set time has elapsed
(e.g. 240 min.), the blast chilling or deep freezing phase
ends and the
PRESERVATION
phase starts automatically
which keeps indefinitely the temperature expected for the
cycle that has just ended (+ 3°C or -18°C).

Press the
START
key for 2 seconds to stop the preser-
vation phase and remove the processed foods.
