VERWENDUNGSZWECK
■ Bei der Anlage handelt es sich um ei-
nen Schnellkühler, der in der Lage ist,
die Temperatur von Lebensmitteln, ob
frisch oder bereits gekocht, schnell zu
senken. Am Ende jedes Zyklus müssen
die Lebensmittel aus dem Schnellküh-
ler entfernt und ordnungsgemäß gela-
gert werden. Dieses Gerät eignet sich
nicht für die Behandlung von pharma-
zeutischen, chemischen oder anderen
Nicht-Lebensmittelprodukten.
■ Das Gerät wurde mit den entsprechen-
den Vorsichtsmaßnahmen hergestellt
und konstruiert, um die Sicherheit
und Gesundheit des Bedieners zu ge-
währleisten, und weist keine gefähr-
lichen Kanten, scharfen Oberflächen
oder hervorstehenden Elemente auf.
WARNHINWEISE FÜR DIE VERWENDUNG
■ Nur geeignetes Personal, das in die kor-
rekte Verwendung des Gerätes einge-

Personal darf den Schnellkühler nicht

INTENDED USE
■ The appliance is a blast chiller, capable
of rapidly lowering the temperature
of food, whether it is fresh or already
cooked. At the end of each cycle, the
food must be removed from the blast
chiller and stored properly. This appli-
ance is not suitable for the treatment
of pharmaceutical, chemical or any
other non-food products.
■ The appliances were built and de-
signed with the appropriate precau-
tions in order to guarantee the health
and safety of the user without any
dangerous edges, sharp surfaces or
elements protruding from the overall
dimensions.
WARNINGS FOR USE
■ The use of the appliance is intended
only for suitable personnel trained on
the correct use of the appliance. Per-
sonnel must not operate on the blast
chiller if they are taking substances
that could reduce reaction times.
Before using the appliance, it is neces-
sary to acquire adequate knowledge
of the same. For this reason it is neces-
sary to inspect it carefully and to make
sure that all the indications contained
in this manual are respected. Do not
use the appliance before having car-
ried out an adequate fact-finding in-
spection.
Before use, make sure that there are
no unneeded objects (e.g. instruction
manuals or anything else) or detergent
residues inside the cell of the appli-
ance.
