EISCREMEHÄRTUNG
Kontinuierlicher Tiefkühlzyklus, der hauptsächlich in Eis-
cafés und Konditoreien verwendet wird, um den zu ver-
arbeitenden Produkten einen "Thermoschock" zu geben.

Rufen Sie das Menü
SPEZIALZYKLEN | SPECIAL
CYCLES mit der Taste
AUX
auf.
2 Mit den Tasten
AUX
und
MENU
blättern Sie durch die
verschiedenen Elemente, bis “EISCREMEHÄRTUNG |
HARDENING”
ausgewählt ist.
3 Drücken Sie
START
, der Startbildschirm wird ange-
zeigt; mit den Tasten
MENU
und
AUX
können Sie bei
Bedarf die Timerzeit ändern.

Durch erneutes Drücken
START
wird der Zyklus gestartet.
Am Ende der erwarteten Zeit ertönt ein akustisches Si-
gnal, aber der Zyklus wird nicht unterbrochen; er wird
unter Beibehaltung der erreichten Zelltemperatur fortge-
setzt, bis die Taste
START
2 Sekunden lang gedrückt wird.
MANUELLES ABTAUEN
Das Gerät führt automatisch Abtauzyklen durch, aber
bei sehr hohen Umgebungstemperaturen ist es mög-
lich, zusätzlich zu den normalerweise vorgesehenen
Abtauzyklen weitere Abtauzyklen manuell zu starten.
Das Abtauen muss bei geöffneter Tür erfolgen (eine
Meldung auf dem Bildschirm erinnert Sie daran).

Rufen Sie das Menü SPEZIALZYKLEN | SPECIAL
CYCLES mit der Taste

auf.

ausgewählt ist

ICE CREAM HARDENING
Continuous deep freezing cycle, mainly used in ice
cream and patisseries to give a "thermal shock" to
the products being processed.

Access the
CICLI SPECIALI | SPECIAL CYCLES-
menu with the
AUX
key.
2 Use the
AUX
and
MENU
keys to scroll through the various
items and then select “INDURIMENTO GELATO |
HARDENING”.
3 Press
START
to display the start screen; use the
MENU
and
AUX
keys to modify the timer, if necessary.
4 Pressing
START
again will restart the cycle.
At the end of the set time, an acoustic signal is emitted but
the cycle is not interrupted; it continues, keeping the cell
temperature reached, until the
START
key is pressed for 2
seconds.
MANUAL DEFROST
The machine automatically performs defrost cycles
but, in case of very high environmental temperatures,
it is possible to manually start further defrosting cy-
cles in addition to those normally envisaged. Defrost-
ing must be carried out with the door open (a mes-
sage on the display acts as a reminder).
