WIE MAN DIE KERNTEMPERATUR-
SONDE VERWENDET
Die Kerntemperatursonde muss in die eingebrachten Le-
bensmittel eingeführt werden: Auf diese Weise erfasst sie
ständig die Kerntemperatur der Lebensmittel in der Zelle.
Wenn die Sonde feststellt, dass die für den gewählten Zyk-
lus eingestellte Temperatur erreicht ist (z.B. 3°C), endet der
Schnellkühl- oder Tiefkühlzyklus mit der Gewissheit, dass
das Lebensmittel auch an seinem innersten Punkt korrekt
gekühlt oder eingefroren wurde.

Die Sonde muss in der Mitte des größeren oder ge-
schnittenen Produkts eingeführt werden, wobei da-
rauf zu achten ist, dass ihre Spitze nicht aus dem
Produkt herausragt oder die Schale berührt.
Die Kerntemperatursonde muss bis zur Mitte des
Lebensmittels eingeführt werden, wobei darauf
zu achten ist, dass sie nicht herauskommt, sie
muss vorsichtig behandelt werden, da sie spitz ist.
Am Ende des Arbeitszyklus die Sonde von den Le-
bensmitteln entfernen, bevor das Blech aus dem
Schnellkühler entnommen wird. Das Blech mit ei-
nem weichen Tuch und warmem Wasser reinigen
und dann wieder in die Zelle zurückstellen.
Lassen Sie die Kerntemperatursonde nicht außer-
halb der Tür des Schnellkühlers hängen.
Um unerwünschte Verunreinigungen zu vermeiden,
muss die Sonde vor jedem Arbeitszyklus gereinigt
und desinfiziert werden.
Behandeln Sie die Sonde vorsichtig, da sie scharf ist.
HOW TO USE THE CORE PROBE
The core probe must be inserted in the food to be
treated: in this way it will constantly detect the tem-
perature at the core of the food in the cell. When
the probe detects that the temperature set for the
selected cycle has been reached (e.g. 3°C) the blast
chilling or deep freezing cycle ends with the cer-
tainty that the food, even at its innermost point, has
been correctly blast chilled or deep frozen .

The probe must be inserted in the centre of the
larger product of size or cut, ensuring that its tip
does not come out of the product itself or that it
does not touch the pan.
The core probe must be inserted all the way
to the centre of the food, making sure that it
does not come out; it must be handled care-
fully because it is pointed.
At the end of the operating cycle, pull the probe out
of the food before removing the tray from the blast
chiller, clean it using a soft cloth and warm water,
then put it back in the cell.
Do not leave the core probe handing outside the
blast chiller door.
In order to avoid undesirable contamination, the
probe must be cleaned and sanitised before each
work cycle.
Handle the probe carefully as it is pointed.
