Intelligent Switch Slot

The intelligent switch slots located on the rear of the blade assembly unit can contain up to two
intelligent switches (L2).

Install the intelligent switch (L2) in the ascending order of slot numbers (from left to right slots).

Slot 7

Slot 8

As shown in the figure below, an intelligent switch installed in slot 7 is connected to LAN1 port of
each CPU blade, and the one in slot 8 is connected to the LAN port of each CPU blade.
