Front View (with Front Fan Unit Removed)
Removing the front fan unit, you can see the bays including the 12 slots into which hard disk drives
are inserted.
Hard Disk Drive Slots
The blade assembly unit is equipped with hard disk drive slots in the front of the unit. Up to twelve
optional hard disk drives can be installed. The hard disk drive slots corresponding to the CPU blade
slots on the rear of the unit are shown in the figure below.
