Troubleshooting

Media lost detection

When media is lifted during cutting and the front and rear media sensors are uncovered, a message is shown.

If selecting

YES

, you can you can continue cutting without checking.

This can be helpful for cut through reasons. For example, if a cut through part falls out of the media sheet, it can occur that the media sensors are not
covered anymore.
