Function and purpose
If the C axis is set as the normal line control axis, the C axis (rotation axis) turning will be controlled
so that the tool constantly faces the normal line direction control in respect to the XY axis
movement command during program operation.
At the block seams, the C axis turning is controlled so that the tool faces the normal line direction at
the next block's start point.
