(4) In the case of circular interpolation, cutter compensation is possible using the G45 to G48
commands only for one quadrant, two quadrants (semi-sphere) or three quadrants when the
start and end points are on the axis.
The commands are assigned as follows depending on whether the compensation is applied
for outside or inside the arc programmed path.
However, in this case, compensation must already be provided in the desired direction at the
arc start point. (If a compensation command is assigned for the arc independently, the arc
start point and end point radii will shift by an amount equivalent to the compensation amount.)
