increasing the number of
links on the chain on the
drive side

roller Roller drive belts loose or
worn Tighten the belts using the
idle pulleys
Net slipping on rubber
roller Steel rollers tension not
tight enough Increase tension by
adjusting the springs
behind the steel rollers

Machine won’t cut the net Bill hook worn and
catching on plastic reset
bushing Replace bill hook
Machine won’t cut the net Bill hook has too much
free play and is catching
on the plastic reset
