For Transmit Setup, go to Modem and Communication Device properties screen. (as per point no.3) Select 
Connection Device as Standard 19200 bps Modem and check 'Active' Box as shown below. Click on 
'Dialing Setup. Ensure that 'Dialing Properties' is as shown below. Click on OK.

Sending and Receiving Fax

To Send Fax:

Open WinFax PRO Message Manager screen. Click on 'Send' To: Matrix (or Name), Number: Enter the 
number where fax is to be sent. Enter the text content of the Fax message on the 'Cover Page'. Click 
'Send'.
