To accomplish the requirement mentioned in example 3:
• The GFXD1111S should be programmed with following parameters:
• In dialed number string column, program the dialed number string as 00.
• In the corresponding substitute number string field, program the number for using the calling
card'Pause (P) 'PIN number' Pause (P) '00.
• Program Pause Timer and Call Proceeding Tone.
Now when the user dials the number 00449652324256, following sequence of events would take place:
• GFXD1111S would check ANT Table. In ANT Table, the system would find number '00'. Therefore it will
check the corresponding substitute number string column. There it will find Virtual card P + PIN
P + 00.
• First the system would dial out the virtual card number. After Pause timer it would dial the PIN number.
Again it will wait for the pause timer and would dial out 00449652324256.
• The call will be placed on the dialed destination number. Thus, the call is established and the user can talk
to the desired destination number without dialing fix long number string again and again.
Please note that detection of DTMF digits received over GSM network is not perfect, hence 100%
performance of this feature is not guaranteed. This is a technological limitation.
While dialing out the number on Mobile/FXO Port:
•
If character 'P' is detected by the system, the system will wait for pause timer programmed for that
Mobile/FXO Port before dialing the next digit.
• If 'W' is programmed in the substitute number string then the system will dial out the characters
programmed before W and will wait for connect message from the mobile/FXO Port. On receiving
connect message from Mobile/FXO Port, it will dial out the remaining number string of the destination
number.
How to Program?
To use Multi Stage Dialing feature, SE shall program following parameters:
• ANT Table (Dialed Number String and Substitute Number String) for Mobile Port.
• ANT Table (Dialed Number String and Substitute Number String) for FXO Port.
• Pause Timer for both Mobile Port and FXO Port.
• DTMF Out Dial ON Time for Mobile Port and FXO Port.
• Inter Digit Pause Time for Mobile Port and FXO Port.
• DTMF Out Dial Level for Mobile Port and FXO Port.
• Call Proceeding Tone for Mobile Port and FXO Port.
