Matrix SIMADO GFXD1111S V3 System Manual

Call Divert

Call Divert feature enables the user to divert his calls to another destination number:

•

When he is busy

•

When he is not available

•

When there is no network coverage

•

When SIMADO GFXD1111S is switched Off

Call divert feature is service provider dependent feature, it has to be activated by the service provider whose SIM is
inserted in the system. This feature is useful when SIMADO GFXD1111S is connected to the PBX.

SIMADO GFXD1111S supports following four types of call divert:

•

Unconditional

•

When Busy

•

When No-Reply

•

When SIMADO GFXD1111S is Off or there is no network coverage

Call Divert-Unconditional

means all incoming calls are diverted unconditionally to the destination

programmed.

Call Divert-When busy

means all the incoming calls on the Mobile Port are diverted to the destination

programmed if the Mobile Port is busy on another call.

Call Divert-When No Reply

means all the incoming calls on the Mobile Port are diverted to the destination

number programmed if the Mobile Port does not answer the call.

Call Divert-When SIMADO GFXD1111S is Off

or there is no coverage means all incoming calls are diverted

to the destination number programmed if GFXD1111S is off or there is no network coverage.

How to Program?

Call divert feature can be programmed from SE mode as well as from SA mode.

Use following command to set call divert:

620-Option-Code-Destination Number-#*

Where,
Destination Number is the number to which the user wants to divert his calls. Destination number can be of
maximum 16 digits.
Option is:

Code is:

By default, Call Divert is disabled.
