PROGRESSION 2
Double Arm (Bilateral) Shoulder
Complex “I” – Pin Out
BEGINNER
• PULL THE PIN™!
• Slowly raise arms in front of
you until they are directly
overhead and your body is in
the shape of an “I” (B).
• Keep arms straight throughout
entire exercise.
• Return to the starting position
and repeat.
PROGRESSION 2
Double Arm (Bilateral) Shoulder
Complex “Y” – Pin Out
BEGINNER
• PULL THE PIN!
• Slowly raise arms at an angle
until they are overhead and
your body is in the shape of a
“Y” (C).
• Keep arms straight throughout
entire exercise.
• Return to the starting position
and repeat.
PROGRESSION 2
Double Arm (Bilateral) Shoulder
Complex “T” – Pin Out
BEGINNER
• PULL THE PIN!
• Slowly raise arms so they are
parallel with the floor and
bring back so that your body
is in the shape of a “T” (D).
• Keep arms straight throughout
entire exercise.
• Return to the starting position
and repeat.
