Suspended Crunch Leap Frog –
Pin In
ADVANCED
• From the starting position (B),
bring both knees towards the
chest (C).
• Flexing at the hips and knees,
open the hips, bringing the
knees wider than shoulder
width (F).
• Extend the legs back to the
starting position and repeat
(B).
TIP:
When in plank position, do
not dip or hyperextend hips.

• PULL THE PIN™!
• From the starting position (B),
bring both knees towards the
chest (C).
• Flexing at the hips and knees,
open the hips, bringing the
