Alternating Kneeling Plank –
Pin Out
ADVANCED
• PULL THE PIN™!
• From the starting position
(A), extend one arm overhead
while the other arm stabilizes
and stays in alignment with
the shoulder (E).
• Keeping the core engaged,
bring the extended arm back
to the starting position, repeat
the same movement with the
other arm, and repeat (A).

Alternating Standing Plank –
Pin Out
ADVANCED
• PULL THE PIN!
• From the starting position
(B), extend one arm overhead
while the other arm stabilizes
and stays in alignment with
the shoulder (F).
• Keeping the core engaged,
bring the extended arm back
to the starting position, repeat
the same movement with the
other arm, and repeat (A).
TIP:
The further your body is
behind the anchor point, the
more difficult this becomes.
