Kneeling Plank – Pin Out
INTERMEDIATE
• PULL THE PIN™!
• Keeping the arms straight and
at shoulder width, allow your
body to slowly come forward
until your arms are directly
overhead (C).
• Keeping the core engaged,
bring the hands back to the
starting position and repeat
(A).
PROGRESSION 3
Standing Plank – Pin In
Locked Handle Mode – Optional
INTERMEDIATE
• Keeping the arms straight and
at shoulder width, allow your
body to slowly come forward
until your arms are directly
overhead (D).
• Keeping the core engaged,
bring the hands back to the
starting position and repeat
(B).
PROGRESSION 4

ADVANCED
• PULL THE PIN!
• Keeping the arms straight and
at shoulder width, allow your
body to slowly come forward
until your arms are directly
overhead (D).
• Keeping the core engaged,
bring the hands back to the
starting position and repeat
(B).
TIP:
The further your body is
behind the anchor point, the
more difficult this becomes.
