PROGRESSION 2
Pull Ups – Carabiners Clipped into
Carabiner Openings
INTERMEDIATE
• Pull up with both arms, raising
your body up until your chin is
parallel to the handles (D).
• Return to the starting position
and repeat (B).
PROGRESSION 3
“L” Pull Ups – Carabiners Clipped
into Carabiner Openings
ADVANCED
• From the starting position
(E), extend the arms and legs,
bringing the legs in front,
forming an “L” with your body.
• Pull the body upwards towards
the handles, keeping the legs
extended and forward (F).
• Return to the beginning
position with legs extending
straight out on ground and
repeat.
