PROGRESSION 1
Double Arm Lat Row – Pin In
Locked Handle Mode – Optional
BEGINNER
• Slowly pull your chest towards
hands keeping core tight and
body aligned (B, C, or D) as
you perform the exercise.
• Return to the starting position
and repeat.
TIP:
You may create variations
by doing neutral rows (B),
pronated rows (C) or high
shoulder rows (D).
PROGRESSION 2

• PULL THE PIN™!
• Slowly pull your chest towards
hands keeping core tight and
body aligned (B, C, or D) as
you perform the exercise.
• Return to the starting position
and repeat.
TIP:

shoulder rows (D).
