Message Format
The same message format is used for programming the USB, Ethernet and
RS-232. interfaces. Differences in individual messages are described in the
relevant section for that message.
Four types of interface messages are possible: Command Messages,
Command Messages with one or more parameters, Request Messages and
Request Messages with one or more parameters. The syntax for these
messages are very similar, each is illustrated below together with an
example:
