1.2.1 Interconnection

The USB data cable between the Gas Monitor and the PC provides, according

to the USB 2.0 standard, a maximum cable length of 5 meters.

The cable connector at the PC end is a Standard A-plug and at the Gas

Monitor end a Standard-B plug, as shown in Fig. 1.4.
