6 LinMot Safety Products

LinMot provides a safety system, which consists of drives and linear motors. A linear motor consists of a stator and a
slider. All components, which belong to the safety system, have the suffix “2S”. The following chapters give a list of the
supported safety products and their compatibility. The next figure shows a C1251-2S drive with the peripheral
components.
