5.2 Setting the communication mode

5.2.1 Synchronous with SM3

In the left pane of the 

TwinCAT System Manager

 main window press the 

Box

(Lika EtherCAT SFA-XXXXX-EC)

 item: some tabbed pages for configuring and

managing the device will appear in the right pane. Enter  

DC

  page. Select the

Synchronous with SM3 (Inputs)

 option in the 

Operation Mode

 box.

For any further information on the Synchronous with SM3 operation mode
please refer to the “Synchronous with SM3” section on page  54  and to the

1C33 SM input parameter

 object on page 66.
