Never release the wire freely, always help the wire wind properly: risk of
personal injury and/or equipment damage.
Always keep the wire aligned not to damage the equipment (maximum
deviation: 3°).

If you want to know the
maximum measuring length
and the
physical linear
resolution
of the draw-wire encoder please refer to the order code. The stroke
per turn is always 200 mm (7.874”), the maximum number of turns is 25 for
SFA-5000 and 50 for SFA-10000.
