CHAPTER 5:

Advanced Operation

Model CRX-6.5K Probe Station

The four M4 screws holding the bellows flange to the z-axis stage assembly should be
installed to a torque of 112 N mm (16 in ounces). The torque required is much lower than
one might think would be needed. We recommend using a torque wrench to ensure these
screws are not over-torqued. If these screws are over-torqued, the z-axis stage and bel-
lows may be damaged.
