Copy the documents.

Select the document in the list that you want to copy by selecting the checkbox.
The document is marked with a checkmark.

[ Others ] > [ Move/Copy ] > [ Copy to Custom Box ] > select the destination of copy >
[ Copy ] > [ Copy ]
The selected document is copied.
Copying Documents in Custom Box to USB Drive

Display the screen.
[ Home ] key > [ Custom Box ] > Select the box

Copy the documents.

[ Others ] > [ Move/Copy ] > [ Copy to USB Drive ] > select the destination of copy > [ Next ] >
select the function > [ Start ] key
The selected document is copied.
Joining Documents in Custom Box
You can join documents within a custom box into one file.

Display the screen.
[ Home ] key > [ Custom Box ] > Select the box
NOTE
To deselect, select the checkbox again and remove the checkmark.
NOTE
If the box to which the document is to copied is protected by a password, enter the
correct password.

If a custom box is protected by a password, enter the correct password.

You can only join a document to other documents in the same custom box. If necessary, move the documents to be
joined beforehand.
