Paper Handling > Loading Paper

Press the tray moving key on the multipurpose tray.

The lamp of the tray moving key is blinking while the tray is going up, and keeps lit when it
stops.

Press the tray moving key to move down the tray if you want to either add paper or remove
jammed ones.

Specify the type of paper loaded in the multipurpose tray using

the operation panel.

NOTE

• Letterhead paper must be loaded in a specific orientation.
• Optional multipurpose tray can be loaded cardstocks. Load the cardstocks in the correct

direction.

• Specify the sizes of paper that are not automatically detected.
