Commander III Operation Manual

About the Feed System Section

Control the feed of a door, door stops, and jamb clamps.

About Carriage Control

Shift the

Carriage Heads

in or out.

Auto Feed (Disable/Enable)

enable

mode, the machine will auto feed the door into the

machine and out of the machine.

disable

mode, the

Feed Control

buttons become active.

Feed Control:

•

Reverse:

Press and hold the

Reverse

button reverse the

feed of the door. To stop the feed, release the button.

•

Forward:

Press and hold the

Forward

button to move the

door feed forward. To stop the feed, release the button.

•

Normal Speed:

Press the

Normal Speed

button once to slow

speed. To return to previous speed, release the button.

Toggle Clamp:

Press once to activate. Press again to deactivate.

Toggle Stop

: Press once to retract the stop. Press again to extend

stop.’

Carriage Shift

Push the desired

Carriage Shift Button

once

to move the

carriage into the machine or away from the machine.

Move the carriage out to improve access to the front of the
machine and to the tools of the carriage.
