Warranty and liability
The "General terms and conditions of sale
and delivery" from Fahrzeugwerk Bernard
KRONE GmbH & Co. KG fundamentally
apply.
Warranty and liability claims for personal
injury and material damage are excluded if
they are due to one of more of the follow-
ing causes:

Improper use
○
Operating the trailer with missing or
non-functional safety devices,
○
Failure to observe the instructions, re-
quirements and prohibitions of these
operating instructions and the operat-
ing instructions for the accessories,
○
Failure to follow the instructions, re-
quirements and prohibitions of the
maintenance instructions,
○
Unauthorised structural changes to the
KRONE product,
○
Inadequate monitoring of wear parts,
○
Improper maintenance or repairs not
being carried out in good time,
○
Use of non-approved and unsuitable
spare parts
For the assessment of warranty and liabil-
ity claims, you must permit unimpeded ac-
cess to the data stored in the brake elec-
tronics. Deleting this data needed for an
assessment can result in an exclusion of li-
ability.

Limits of use
► Observe the following requirements for
the operational environment and con-
ditions of use:

Permissible temperature range (de-
pending on the specification, the addi-
tional equipment, and the tyres).
○
Permissible functional range and per-
missible age of the tyres
○
Permissible clearance and permissible
swing radius
○
Load-bearing and level road conditions

Environmental hazards
► Always observe environmental protec-
tion when operating.
► Avoid the release of operating materi-
als into nature and the environment.
► Dispose of operating materials and
other chemicals in accordance with the
applicable national regulations.
► Drive with the correct tyre inflation
pressure.
