Retainer plate
Removing the posts from the depot
► Slide the retainer plate upwards and
then to the side.
► Remove the posts.

The posts have been removed from
the depot.
Before each trip:
► Slide the retainer plate to the side and
then downwards.

The post depot is closed, locked, and
secured.
Storing the posts in the depot
► Slide the posts into the post depot next
to each other.
► Slide the retainer plate to the side and
then downwards.

Lath depot
!
WARNING
Risk of accident due to laths falling
out!
Laths that are not properly secured can
fall out while driving and cause accidents.
► Drive only with properly stored and
secured laths.
Depending on the design, the lath depots
are mounted on the left or right side of the
chassis. They provide space for wood,
steel, and aluminium plug-in laths.

► Remove the spring cotter pin.
► Remove the retainer bolt.
► Remove the laths.

The laths have been removed from the
depot.
Before each trip:
► Install the retainer bolt.
► Insert the spring cotter pin.
ü
The laths are locked and secured.
Storing the laths in the depot
► Slide the laths into the lath depot to-
wards the centre of the vehicle.
► Secure one or several laths by moving
the retainer bolts.

The laths are stored in the depot.
