8.2.1 Sensor Monitor

Display of the currently measured values (sensor monitor) with function check (HOLD mode activated)
enabled:
Since the instrument is in function check (HOLD) mode, certain media can be used to validate
the sensor and check the measured values without affecting the signal outputs.
8.2.2 Maintenance Functions for Oxygen Sensors
Electrolyte Replacement/Membrane Body Replacement
If the electrolyte or the membrane body (the membrane cap) are replaced during maintenance of a
sensor, this must be confirmed manually in the Maintenance menu:

The counter automatically resets on confirmation of the completed check.
Note:
The digital SE740 optical oxygen sensor automatically recognizes replacement of the mem-
brane body. The counter is automatically incremented.
8.3 Manual Function Check
8.3.1 Current Source
For testing purposes, the output current can be manually specified (range 0 ... 22 mA):

8.3.2 Relay Test

When you access this menu, the function of relay contacts K1, K2, K3 is checked. The relays can be set
to manual to check the wiring.
8.3.3 Controller Test
If a controller function has been assigned to relay contacts K1 and K2, a manual test of the controller
can be carried out in the
Controller Test
submenu:
