FREQ:LIM:UPP

Sets the upper frequency limit.
If the signal source is set to external signal source (VOLT:EXT:EXTDC:SIGN:SOUR
EXT), this command is invalid.
The following relationship must be met: FREQ:LIM:LOW ≤ FREQ|FREQ:TRIG ≤ FRE-
