PAN-A

Re-mounting the control knob

There is a slot on the end of the shaft of the output preset variable
resistor. Mount the knob so that it engages the slot to prevent the knob
from turning freely. Follow the procedure described below.

1. Check that there is a metal

tting inside the knob's bushing.

2. Remove the guard cap pressing the two locking mecha-

nisms.

3. Press in the knob till it softly touches the shaft of the vari-

able resistor.

4. Using gentle force, turn the knob fully counter-clockwise.
5. Pressing the knob, turn it further counter-clockwise until it

settles in deeply, and the knob and shaft are engaged.
