Charging the battery

– Uncover the battery.

Q

The surfaces of the battery cells must be left uncovered during the charging
process to allow for adequate ventilation. Do not place any metallic objects
on the battery. Before starting to charge the battery, inspect all cable joints
and plug connections for visible damage.

– Remove the insulating mat from the battery if present.
– Connect the charging cable of the battery charging station with the battery

connector (1).

– Charge the battery in accordance with the instructions supplied by the battery and

charging station manufacturer.
