Output Value
Used to select the process variable output at the current output.
• Qm [%]: Mass flow
• Qv [%]: Volumetric flow
Curr.Out Mode
Used to select the operating mode for the current output.
• “4-20mA FWD”: Output of flow in upstream direction:
4 mA = no flow
20 mA = maximum flow).
• “4-12-20 mA”: Output of flow in upstream and downstream direction:
4 mA = maximum flow in downstream direction
12 mA = no flow
20 mA = maximum flow in upstream direction
• “4-20mA FWD/REV”: Output of flow in upstream and downstream direction without differentiation of flow direction:
4 mA = no flow
20 mA = maximum flow).
Default setting: 4-20mA FWD/REV
Curr.Out at Alarm
Used to select the state of the current output in the case of a fault.
The output “Low Alarm” or “High Alarm” current is configured in the subsequent menu.
Low Alarm
Used to set the current for the low alarm (3.5 to 3.6 mA).
Default setting: 3.5 mA
High Alarm
Used to set the current for the high alarm (21 to 22.6 mA).
Default setting: 21.8 mA
Curr.Out > 20.5mA
Current output behavior when 20.5 mA are exceeded.
• Hold Last Value: Used to maintain and output the most recent measured value.
• High Alarm: Used to output the current for high alarm.
• Low Alarm: Used to output the current for low alarm.
Default setting: Hold Last Value
Curr.Out < 3.8mA
Current output behavior when below 3.8 mA.
• Hold Last Value: Used to maintain and output the most recent measured value.
• High Alarm: Used to output the current for high alarm.
• Low Alarm: Used to output the current for low alarm.
The parameter is not available if for the “Curr.Out Mode” parameter 4-20mA FWD/REV was selected.
Default setting: Low Alarm
Curr. at EPD Alarm
Current output behavior in the case of an empty meter tube.
• Off: No effect on the current output.
• Q=0 %: The current output is set to 4 mA, which corresponds to “no flow”.
• High Alarm: Used to output the current for high alarm.
• Low Alarm: Used to output the current for low alarm.
Default setting: Off
