Before starting to install the accessories, make sure that the machine is
located in a closed environment with a suitable ventilation system and
is isolated from other environments.
First of all, it is necessary to install a magnetic sensor on the entrance
door to the environment where the welding machine is installed and
connect it to the circular interlock socket located on the rear of the
machine (figure 16). This device is used to switch the machine off if
the door is opened, thus preventing the laser from injuring anyone who
might enter the environment while it is being operated.
After connecting the interlock sensor, mount the eyepieces shown in
their protective containers in figure 17. Open the containers, taking care
to protect the eyepieces from contact with dust as far as possible and
place them on the binocular, after removing the protections (Figure 18),
inserting them until they reach the stop (Figure 19). Tighten the fixing
screw after centring each eyepiece as shown in figure 19.
The right eyepiece is distinguished from the left by a cross that you can
only see by looking inside the eyepiece itself. To complete the installation
of the eyepieces, turn the eyecup counter-clockwise, as shown in figure
19, and pull it towards you until it reaches the stop. Once in the stop
position, turn the eyecup clockwise until it locks into place. Repeat the
operation for both eyepieces.

it may be accessed easily by
the operator, making sure that
the pedal cable is not pinched
or trapped in any way.

Take the joystick and hang it from the dedicated bracket on the machine supporting column, as shown in
figure 20. Connect the DB15 connector to the connector panel located on the side of the case in front of the
driver safety guard. The joystick connector is marked with a label bearing the word "JOYSTICK" (figure 21).
Take the cylinder support and install it as shown in figure 22, using the screws that you will find screwed to
the base of the machine.
