The machine displays
INCORRECT SALE for all
espresso coffee selection
but soluble products can be
dispensed. There may be a coffee
assembly fault. Turn the machine on and
check that the coffee bean
assembly positions itself
correctly. If not, the
machine will beep and
display a coffee assembly
fault for 15 s. If it is not
properly positioned, check
the motor terminals, Check
that the assembly support
dowel is properly placed in
the coffee assembly. Check
the connection wire
harness between the coffee
assembly and the control
card.
Send the assembly to TSS.
The machine may be out
of espresso coffee. Check that the espresso
coffee container has coffee.
Check that the coffee bean
outlet flap to the coffee mill
is open.
Access Machine
Maintenance address and
dispense espresso coffee.
Coffee mill motor fault. Access Manual Operation
and activate the coffee mill
motor. Listen to see if the
coffee mill motor is running.
Check electrical
connections between the
coffee assembly and
control card. Check coffee
mill motor terminals. Send
the coffee assembly to
TSS.
Some or all of the product
selections result in
INCORRECT SALE being
displayed. There may be a machine
configuration error. Access the OP_34 option
and check that the products
are properly programmed.
Check machine links are
properly programmed in
option 23. Read the
machine configuration.
Check that the product
texts do not exceed 16
characters. Re-program
machine dosage. Contact
TSS.
