7.1.- Daily cleaning.
The purpose of these operation is to prevent the formation of bacteria in areas in
contact with the products.
Before you begin, please wash your hands thoroughly.
Fill a container with drinkable water (or directly from water mains if water is drinkable)
and prepare some clean pieces of cloth.
Make sure the machine is off and follow the steps below:
1. Use a moist cloth to clean visible areas that have been splashed with product,
such as the beater supports, the product delivery recess wall, the spill grille, the
spill funnel, the cup retrieval guide, and any other parts which may show traces of
sugar, such as the stainless steel sugar deflector. To be able to remove the
product delivery recess wall together with the cup collector, the sugar deflector
and coffee grounds collection funnel, you have to turn the sugar support. To do
this, loosen the support lock and turn the sugar support and spoon assembly.
Then remove the recess wall and cup collector assembly, raise the assembly
slightly until the tabs come out of their recess and turn and pull downwards.
