7.2.- Weekly cleaning.
The following operations should be carried out after the daily cleaning operations have
been concluded.
Check that the machine is off.
Disassemble the soluble product containers and clean the stainless steel support plate
with a moist cloth. carefully clean the area close to the sugar container, making sure
you get rid of any sugar crystals which may have spilled from the cups during machine
operation.

Remove the waste bin guide plate located on the floor of the machine. To do this, flex
one of the side plates slightly and loosen the flange that holds it in place and then
repeat the procedure with the other side plate and then lift out (figure 7.02). After
removing this part, clean the floor of the machine and the walls if necessary.
Clean the outside of the machine.

Remove the brewing assembly following the instructions set out in section 5.4 of
this manual, and place it under running water, paying special attention to the metal
filters. Dry with a cloth.
We recommend you use disinfectants (chlorine-based detergents or similar), also to
wash the areas that are not in contact with the products. Appropriate detergents should
be used, keeping in mind that some parts of the machine might be damaged by certain
chemicals. Do not use solvents. never wash the machine with a water jet.
The manufacturer does not assume any liability for any damage whatsoever caused by
the use of inappropriate chemicals.
