 Floor-Charging System

The 

fl

 oor-charging contact system is a 

mechanical part of the electric kart charging 

system. Because of the importance of making 

sure the kart is being recharged properly, it 

should be inspected for proper operation.

Be sure both contacts are in good condition, 

and they slide both up and down freely in the 

holder. Inspect the UHMW contact holder to be 

sure it is tightly fastened to kart’s chassis. Look 

for loose or damaged cables or connections.

making good contact with the

Inspect the

 oor plate contacts to make sure 

they are clean and clear from debris, and
